This website operates on a quote basis: products do not display final prices, and adding items to your quote list does not create a binding order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your quote in writing and you accept it.
We work hard to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye lots. Sizes are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
All content on this website — including text, images, and logos — belongs to Hometex Design and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
